[Dev] IDS Mannheim: scheduled downtime 2014-10-03 until 2014-10-05

Hi,

all services of IDS Mannheim, including but not limited to Repository, 
OAI/FCS endpoints, Virtual Collection Registry, web servers, mail, etc. 
will be offline from

     2014-10-03 about 07:00 until 2014-10-05 23:59

due to a scheduled downtime.

We will move our computers to a new server room. In addition, we need to 
re-locate the fiber cable patch panels and thus break the internet uplink.
