[Dev] Discovery Service migrated to computing centre / maintenance announcement

Dear CLARIN centres and developers,

Next week Saturday (8 November) several services hosted at the MPI will
be unavailable due to the installation of new switches:

https://www.clarin.eu/status

At the same time the CLARIN discovery service has now been setup at the
RZG computing centre, ensuring a much higher availability. We strongly
recommend to use this new discovery service, as explained in detail at:

http://www.clarin.eu/content/clarin-discovery-service

Basically, all you need to do is replace the old URL
(http://catalog.clarin.eu/discojuice/idp.html) by the new one
(https://discovery.clarin.eu/discojuice) in your SP configuration.

If you do this before next week Saturday, your discovery service will
not be affected by the downtime at the MPI.

Please also keep in mind that recently the Belgian and Czech Identity
Providers have joined the SPF. The following page explains in detail how
to enable these for your Service Provider:
