[Dev] CMDI Profiles for Dialect Data

Thomas,
We have a (non public) component we are using for this. The schema may be referenced using:
xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.clarin.eu/cmd/ http://catalog.clarin.eu/ds/ComponentRegistry/rest/registry/profiles/clarin.eu:cr1:p_1328259700928/xsd

It describes a dialect recording and in some cases also contains a reference to a transcription file
