[Dev] New INL SRU endpoints

Hello everyone,

We've made a change to the one existing INL endpoint for the Corpus Gysseling, working of a much improved backend. The new URL is http://gysseling.corpus.taalbanknederlands.inl.nl/gyssru/. We've also added a new endpoint for the Letters As Loot (http://www.brievenalsbuit.nl/) corpus, which is located at http://brievenalsbuit.inl.nl/zbsru/. I have changed the wiki page (https://trac.clarin.eu/wiki/FCS-Endpoints) to reflect these changes.
