[Dev] clarin.eu site downtime on Tuesday

Dear all,

tomorrow (Tuesday October 9) at 9:00 the clarin.eu webserver will be
unavailable for a short time span (estimate: 15 minutes) because of
server maintenance. This means the following services will not be
working at that time:

- www.clarin.eu (external and internal site)
- the CLARIN Identity Provider
- the CMDI Component Registry
