[Dev] EAF with token tiers example / clarin.eu maintenance

Dear all,

In the context of the question how to indicate that a tier in a
multimedia annotation contains tokens (e.g. to be post-processed with
weblicht) we have created an example file with a link to the relevant
data category (http://www.isocat.org/datcat/DC-4971):

Unrelated news: tomorrow between 10:00 and 12:00 a security update will
be installed on the clarin.eu internal site. This means it will be
temporarily not reachable. The external site (and other services, like
the VLO, the CLARIN IdP and WebLicht) will stay available though.
