[Dev] upgrade of DiscoJuice

Dear all,

we have just upgraded the DiscoJuice instance. However, since some of
the implementation details changed currently the service is not
available at http://catalog.clarin.eu/discojuice/idp.html

Earlier tests did not reveal this unfortunately.

Willem (who is subscribed to dev at lists.clarin.eu) is looking to fix this
ASAP. We'll keep you informed about the progress.
