[Dev] RFC: LandingPage ResourceProxy

From the vlo we are meaning to use the landingpage thingy automatically.
It will be inconvenient if there is a multiple.

Could we at least indicate a primary landingpage?

Allthough we don't plan for this scenario, I can imagine having more than one
landing page for a resource, e.g., one landing page incorporated into the repository and
another one out in the wild (original landing page of the author).
