[Dev] adding a some profile header info to the CMDI XSDs

Hi all,

we would like to propose to add the profile header information to the
XSDs as generated by the component registry, eg:

Any objections against this?

Speaking about the "dc and metashare v3.0" profile, does anyone know who
is using this profile currently? Knowing this would help us to debug the
VLO importing process.
