[Dev] How to quote/refer to a CLARIN resource in a paper

Hi there,

I've been reading the FAQs http://www.clarin.eu/faq but I haven't found 
information on how to make reference in a paper to a CLARIN resource.

Say that I've been working with the NEGRA corpus 
http://catalog.clarin.eu/ds/vlo/?wicket:bookmarkablePage=:eu.clarin.cmdi.vlo.pages.ShowResultPage&q=Negra&docId=CMDI%2BProviders/oai_fedora_clarin_d_uni_saarland_de_clarind_uds_negra.xml

This resource is already listed in the VLO. How would be the proper way 
to make reference to it? Just providing the above mentioned link, its 
handle http://hdl.handle.net/11858/00-246C-0000-0005-BD11-5?

Can anybody provide an example?
