Subject: [NCF] CLARIN Annual Report: Member Achievements - Input needed

Dear National Coordinators,

As mentioned in last week's NCF meeting, we are busy shaping our Annual 
Report 2026. We would like to showcase your achievements to the SAB (at 
CLARIN2026) as well as the GA (25 Nov 2026). We kindly ask you to spare 
roughly 30 min of your time at your earliest convenience to collate your 
national details necessary to achieve this. You are welcome to assign 
this task to someone else if needed.

We have created a document with all static information (consortia 
descriptions, K-centres and B-centres, National Coordinator). You can 
find the document here: Member Pages Annual Report 2026 [1].

We ask all National Coordinators to kindly do the following:

  	* Add 3 key achievements
  	* Add 3 top publications

  	* by consortium representatives, in English, open access, 
CLARIN-related)

  	* Publications by users in key journals using consortia resources also 
welcome

  	* Review the static information (if changes are needed, add a comment 
or change in suggestion mode).

Important:

  	* Add 1 paragraph (max 75 words) per key achievement, if possible

  	* Input should ideally be publication-ready, due to limited capacity 
to research

  	* Publications need to be in the correct format (APA)
  	* If you anticipate a big achievement in the second half of this year 
-after all the report should span all of 2026- please add a placeholder 
text making explicit that this information will follow.

Please note that we require this input at the latest by 1 September 
2026, else we cannot include your consortium!
