If you have a PhD student that has done work somehow relevant to CLARIN (use of CLARIN tools/resources or creation of new tools/resources), then you can provide me with a nomination and one paragraph abstract for this student. Conference participation + hotel + catering during the conference is paid by CLARIN. 15 June is the deadline to let me know. -------------------------- On another topic, as you may know, CLARIN yearly grants the Steven Krauwer Awards for 1. Early career CLARIN Researcher. The intended goal of this award is to promote an early career person or group of cooperating persons. This awards comes with a certificate and a prize of 500 Euro. 2. CLARIN Achievement. The intended goal of this award is to recognize the work of a person or a group of cooperating people. The award comes with a certificate. As consortium, we can nominate people for these awards.
