Apologies for forgetting to include the dates of the meeting in the 
recent announcement. The workshop will take place *8-9 December 2014* in 
the  Hague. Here are the key dates:

- Wednesday 3 September 2014:  deadline for applications to attend and 
to present papers
- Monday 15 September 2014:  notification of acceptance of attendees and 
presentations
- Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 December 2014: workshop dates
