[Tf-aai] Closing this list

Dear all,

I would like to close this list for good, we get the odd person who wants to join. AAI issues persist, but I think this list has done it's job, especially since there is no TF associated with it.
Traffic here is low enough that I think a brutal delete list should do the job.
