[Tf-aai] CLARIN AAI in context, RFC

Recently Willem  ELbers and myself have been working on a document describing the current status of the CLARIN AAI especially also in the context of the larger whole of European e- and research infrastructures. The document and your comments can help us to discuss the future of the CLARIN AAI which is of course also a topic with all the EOSC  promoted service integrations and sharing.
