Thank you for your participation in the CLARIN ERIC General Assembly meeting of 18 and 19 April 2023. It was a pleasure meeting so many of you in Lisbon.

Below and on the GA dashboard page, you will find a link to the draft minutes of the meeting. In view of the upcoming summer holidays the response period for comments will be three weeks.  If you would like to add something or adjust any particular part of the minutes, please contact us by Monday 3 July 2023. If no requests for amendments have been received by then the minutes will be considered approved.

During the GA meeting, under agenda item 3 (Round table of member and observer countries) all national delegations were asked to confirm or update the figures mentioned in the 2022 overview of the long-term financial perspectives for their national consortium. The minutes for agenda item 3 capture the information status that was shared on 18 April. Where the information was ambiguous, we have highlighted this in the draft minutes, and kindly ask the delegates of countries where this is the case  to send a clarification to the CLARIN Office.  By the beginning of June, the available details will be archived.

Finally, the next GA meeting (virtual, two hours) is planned to be held in early December 2023. Please fill in the Doodle by 3 July 2023 so we can set a date.
